You check the time before you check how you feel.

If it is 5am your first thought is not rest. It is whether you can get ahead before the house wakes up.

Phone before feet on the floor. Not to scroll. To check whether anything went wrong while you slept.

The first thing you consume is not nourishment. It is coffee, standing, while emptying the dishwasher or replying to a message that could have waited.

You open the wardrobe and nothing feels right. Not because of your body. Because of the gap between the woman you feel like inside and the one you have to present to the outside world today. You default to the same three things. Again.

You snap at your child over the shoe that is not on. The guilt is instant. You overcompensate by letting something slide you normally wouldn't stand for. You head off and cry at the traffic lights because you're in the wrong lane. Then you check your face in the mirror and walk inside as though nothing happened.

You open your laptop already depleted and nobody on the other side of the screen can tell. You take the call. You say yes to the project. You reply to the message that could wait until tomorrow but the unread count sits in your chest like a low-grade alarm. You work through the window you were supposed to use for lunch and call it being productive.

By evening you should rest. You clean. You scroll. You eat the thing you said you would not. You go to bed too late because going to bed means tomorrow starts. And tomorrow is today again.

The Four Weeks

Week 1: Stabilise

Grounding breath only. Extended exhale. Nasal. Down-regulating. We are building the ground the change will stand on.

Week 2: Release

Kapalabhati and Bhastrika. Activating pranayama. The breath becomes the discharge mechanism. The body moves what it has been holding.

Week 3: Repair

Conscious connected breath, full nasal. After two weeks of capacity building, the nervous system has earned the depth.

Full SOMA Breathwork with breath holds. The holds only arrive here because they require genuine internal safety.

What Changes

This Is For You If

Who Is Holding This

I am Lauren Lepley. Trauma-Informed Functional Health Practitioner. I work across nervous system regulation, somatic breathwork, functional health and trauma-informed practice.

I do not look at isolated symptoms. I read the whole woman. Her physiology, her nervous system, her trauma patterns, her behaviour, her identity, her relationships, her capacity, her legacy. Everything affects everything. That is Spherical Transformation. And re:calibrate is where it begins.

I have lived trauma, chronic illness, cancer, burnout and recovery. I know what it is to keep functioning while a body is carrying more than it should ever have had to hold. I also know what it is to realise that the functioning itself had become the cage. I educated myself relentlessly to understand the deeper links between trauma, the nervous system, health, behaviour, resilience and human potential so I could change my own life from the inside out.

This programme is built from that knowing. The breathwork sequencing, the clinical arc, the trauma-informed pacing. None of it is theoretical. All of it is tested, lived, and refined through working with women who carry exactly what you carry.

Questions You Might Be Sitting With

  • No. The programme builds capacity week by week. You are not dropped into deep work on day one.

  • Each session is recorded. The daily prompts continue regardless.

  • The woman who waits until she is sure is often the woman who waits until her body forces the issue. You would not still be reading this if part of you had not already decided.

  • Recalibrate uses breathwork as the primary tool, but it sits inside Spherical Transformation. That means I am reading your nervous system, your patterns, your physiology, and your behaviour as one interconnected system. The breath is the entry point. It is not the ceiling.
